Hello everyone ✨ I'm Melanie and I am so excited to be here! I know this is going to be such a beautiful space. 💓 My path has been shaped by a deep curiosity about people, creation, and what it means to live in greater alignment with ourselves. That curiosity has taken me around the world, working alongside artisans and makers, exploring different cultures and traditions, writing, creating, and continually seeking a deeper understanding of both the world around me and the world within. Alongside these experiences, I have spent many years on a journey of self-discovery and inner exploration. Through seasons of profound change, loss, rebuilding, and growth, I found myself continually drawn inward, seeking a deeper understanding of who we are beneath our stories, conditioning, and experiences. I have explored many modalities and approaches over the years, always searching for ways to better understand myself, cultivate greater awareness, and reconnect with what feels true. Body Coherence Method was a natural progression of a journey I had already been walking for many years. Going within has long been a cornerstone of my life, and BCM gave language and structure to something I had come to know through experience: that much of what we seek already exists within us. This work has deepened my relationship with self-trust, curiosity, and inner knowing while continually reminding me of the wisdom that emerges when we slow down enough to listen. Outside of BCM, I am a writer, photographer, and lifelong student of craft and culture. I spend much of my time moving intentionally between the many places I call home around the world, learning from artisans and makers, and following curiosity wherever it leads. It is a deep honor to hold space for others as they come to know this work and, more importantly, themselves. I believe each of us has the capacity to cultivate a deeper relationship with our authentic self and that profound transformation can emerge from that connection. Supporting others as they discover their own inner wisdom, strength, and truth is one of my greatest joys. As a creative myself, I also hold a special place in my heart for supporting artists, writers, makers, and visionaries. I have found that some of our deepest wells of inspiration emerge when we learn to trust ourselves more fully and listen to what is asking to be expressed. Witnessing people reconnect with that creative spark and bring more of themselves into the world is something that continually inspires me and deepens my appreciation for this work. I am grateful to be here and look forward to getting to know all of you. I will be offering a group session the second Wednesday of each month, which has been added to the calendar. If you feel called to schedule an individual session, I invite you to do so through the link below: beHeld | Body Coherence Method with Melanie Jane
